Job Description

We are seeking an Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials

• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Attend and manage court appearances and client meetings

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff

• Maintain accurate case files and communicate effectively with clients

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

• Experience with [Clio/MyCase/Lexis Nexis/etc.] is a plus
