As a Case Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney. • Communicate with clients regarding their medical treatment and case status
• Open claims with insurance companies
• Obtain liens from medicare, medical, and health insurance companies
• Coordinate property damage inspections with insurance companies
• Set up and manage medical treatment with medical providers on a lien basis
• Obtain medical records and billings from providers
• Prepare demands to insurance companies
• Manage medical treatment and maximize treatment for policy limits settlement
• Negotiate medical liens

• Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
• Computer literacy
• Proficiency in English/Spanish
• Working knowledge of case management software
• Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
• Ability to analyze and comprehend medical records
• Ability to provide clear communication with clients and manage expectations
