Salary: $120,000 – $185,000 per year (base only)

Location: Stockton, CA

We seek a Senior Project Manager to lead large ground‑up hospital construction projects and other healthcare facilities.

• Oversee and manage a diverse range of healthcare construction projects from start to finish, including ground‑up construction, expansions, additions, and renovations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring all aspects of the projects are effectively coordinated and completed on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage project risks, identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.
• Ensure that all projects comply with industry regulations and standards, as well as our own stringent quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, budget updates, and any significant issues or changes.
• Continually look for opportunities to improve processes and outcomes, driving efficiency and quality across all projects.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing ground‑up construction, expansion, addition, and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its unique requirements and standards.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent client management skills, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients, team members, and senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) are highly desirable.
