Lead the way in transforming family support in Stockton!

We are launching a new integrated Family Help Front Door service and are seeking an experienced, dynamic Team Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping this innovative approach. This is your chance to lead a team dedicated to ensuring children, young people, and families receive timely, effective support.

About the role
  • Provide visionary leadership and direction to the Integrated Front Door team.
  • Oversee screening and triage processes, ensuring robust multi-agency responses and timely decisions.
  • Drive quality and consistency, embedding strengths-based and systemic approaches.
  • Build strong partnerships with agencies and stakeholders to improve referral quality and joint working.
  • Manage resources effectively, including budgets, staffing, and performance targets.
  • Champion a positive, innovative workforce culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
  • Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
  • Proven experience in leadership or management within children’s services.
  • Strong decision-making and risk assessment skills.
  • Ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.
