Join our team as an Operations Associate and play a key role in supporting our fast‑paced shipping and manufacturing operations. In this hands‑on position, you’ll help produce, package, and ship high‑quality plant nutrition products while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety throughout the process. Key Responsibilities- Prepare & load product for shipments: bulk, rail, pallets & racks
- Schedule and coordinate transportation to ship products
- Operate and maintain computerized manufacturing system
- Operate manufacturing production equipment
- Physically operate packaging operations (filling containers, loading & stacking on pallets and wrapping for shipments)
- Operate forklift, hand truck, dolly and other devices
- Off‑load railcars & trucks and receive into inventory through computerized system
- Maintain & inventory product load samples
- Perform basic maintenance, repairs and inspections on pumps used to move liquid products
- Assist with product cycle inventory counts
- Update & maintain accurate materials records
- Material identification, damage and shortage reports
- General maintenance as directed
- Move materials between departments using routings or tickets
- Assist with maintaining LEAN operation tasks
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all safety policies, procedures and protocols at all times
- Assist with special site‑related projects as directed
- Additional miscellaneous duties as deemed necessary by management

- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Outstanding attitude and work ethic
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand; sit; lift, squat, stoop and/or move over 50 lbs.
- Driver’s license with good driving record
