We’re looking for a Production Mechanic to take charge of our production machinery and keep our operations running smoother than a well-oiled engine! • Keep Machines in Top Shape:
  Perform preventive maintenance, clean, lubricate, and service equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Be a Fix-It Superhero:
  Diagnose and repair unexpected breakdowns quickly to keep production on track.

  Maintain shop areas, inventory parts, and keep tools and supplies ready for action.
• Team Up:
  Collaborate with production planners, MRO managers, and technical experts to schedule maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and modify machinery for new products.
• Test & Tweak:
  Run test cycles, refine equipment, and work with product managers to perfect performance.
• Share Your Expertise:
  Operate machinery when needed and help train others to keep the team strong.
• Document Like a Pro:
  Record maintenance, repairs, and part replacements with clear, concise reports.
• Be Ready for Anything:
  Take on additional tasks to support our mission of unstoppable production!

• Experience:
  
  1-2 years of hands-on mechanical work.
• Education:
  
  Vocational or community college coursework in a related field is a bonus, but equivalent experience is just as good!

• Ready to stand, walk, and move for extended periods—our shop is your playground!
• Comfortable bending, stretching, pushing, and pulling to service machinery.
• Keen eyesight to inspect equipment like a hawk.
• Strong enough to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
