The Operations Leadership Program is a 3‑year rotational program of accelerated career growth through hands‑on learning and diverse experiences. Developing tomorrow’s leaders.

• Operations Management
• Leadership

• Customer Focus

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or applicable field of study.
• Graduated with a 3.2 GPA or greater.

• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Held two or more relevant internship or work experience (Operations, Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain and Logistics).
• Desire to work in a dynamic collaborative environment.
