Somnia Anesthesia is seeking part-time CRNAs to join our collaborative team at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, California

CRNA Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary $249,600 (4 shifts per pay period) $2,400 per shift
• $26,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment)

• 355-bed regional medical center (Common Spirit Hospital System)
• The Anesthesiology department is diverse, consisting of 12 physicians, over 30 independent-practice CRNAs, and 24 resident physicians providing services for up to 16 anesthetizing locations daily.
• The annual anesthesia case volume is approx. 14,300 cases, consisting of ~ 9,000 surgical cases, 800 cardiac cases, and 2,000 out-of-OR cases in GI, EP lab/Cath Lab, and interventional radiology.
• OB services with 3,000 births annually
  • Multi-provider anesthesia team with an average of 250-300 births per month, averaging 4 epidurals and 3 c-sections per day
  • 2 Obstetric operating rooms and 8 labor rooms in a recently renovated pavilion

• Experience at an independent practice site, 2+ years
  • Prior OB experience
• Proficiency with spinals and epidurals
• Active state RN and CRNA licenses
• Board certification required
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
