We are currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our outstanding healthcare team!

Salary Range: $35.25 - $39.12 per hour

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Medication administration.
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety.

• LVN/LPN with current licensure in the state.
• CPR/BLS.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral/Memoral care experience.
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC).
