YourKey Responsibilities
- Assist with the leadership and supervision of nursing services and staff to ensure compliance with all regulations and quality care standards.
- Support the DON in developing and revising care plans and nursing practices to ensure the highest level of care is maintained.
- Provide training and guidance to nursing staff in accordance with company policies and best practices.
- Participate in the coordination of care and oversee daily nursing operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care.
- Promote and maintain a culture of safety and quality care throughout the facility.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Graduation from an approved RN program.
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state.
- In‑depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to long‑term care settings.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
- Previous experience as an ADON, RN Manager, Charge Nurse, or Unit Manager.
- 3‑5 years of nursing supervisory experience in the provision of direct care to multiple residents.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college.
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC).
