• Assist with the leadership and supervision of nursing services and staff to ensure compliance with all regulations and quality care standards.
• Support the DON in developing and revising care plans and nursing practices to ensure the highest level of care is maintained.
• Provide training and guidance to nursing staff in accordance with company policies and best practices.
• Participate in the coordination of care and oversee daily nursing operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care.
• Promote and maintain a culture of safety and quality care throughout the facility.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Graduation from an approved RN program.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state.
• In‑depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to long‑term care settings.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

• Previous experience as an ADON, RN Manager, Charge Nurse, or Unit Manager.
• 3‑5 years of nursing supervisory experience in the provision of direct care to multiple residents.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college.
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC).
