H eritage r esearch volunteer s will volunteer to carry out project-based research to produce a collection of heritage information . You will s upport us by transform in g research into informative displays and online digital resources .

Activities

• Research and collate High Street buildings information and existing building surveys for local heritage records and public display/ exhibitions.
• Collate High Street buildings information and existing building surveys for local heritage records and public display.
• Capture and present research information for activities, displays, social media and local press content as part of generating awareness and interest in the project.
• Be able and willing to act in accordance with all Stockton Borough Council’s policies and procedures.

Skills Required

• Passionate about heritage and the history of Stockton.
• Ability to carry out relevant research in response to Stockton people/places/themes.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with staff and other volunteers.
