• Prepare and cook menu items to company standards.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and dining staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
• Follow company health and safety protocols.

• Age 18 or older.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Physical ability to stand for up to 4 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and use small tools.
• Ability to wear hand and face protective coverings, wash hands regularly, and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies.

• Remain stationary for up to four (4) hours in a hot, damp environment.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain clear speech and attentive listening, and use finger and hand dexterity for small tools.
• Wear protective hand covering and face covering throughout the shift, and wash hands with disinfecting soap regularly.
