Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

You will manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. The position is physical and fast‑paced, requiring both indoor and outdoor work.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license and eligibility to operate a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of prior employment.
• Physical ability to meet job requirements.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and teamwork mindset.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.

• 10‑week training program with starting hourly rate of $27.50 until route assignment.
• Competitive base salary and commission potential after route assignment.
• Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.
• Total compensation estimate: $45,000 – $90,000 per year (base plus commissions).

• Majority of work on a 4‑day week, with no nights or weekends.
• Support for growth plans with mentoring and training.
• Position open for at least five (5) days.
