• Base Salary: $52,000-$62,000/year (based on experience)
• Commission: Uncapped - based on client admissions and referral growth

Position Summary

As a Sales Manager for our Home Health agency, you will:

• Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans
• Represent Bright Star Care to healthcare partners, referral sources, and community organizations
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and physicians
• Lead and support referral development across Stockton and surrounding areas
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely patient admissions
• Identify new market opportunities and adjust strategies to meet changing demands
• Maintain a strong presence in the community through networking, events, and outreach
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and referral partners

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct regular outreach to referral sources and community partners
• Oversee account management to support client retention and satisfaction
• Mentor and support sales team members (if applicable)
• Attend and speak at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales activities with brand efforts
• Analyze market trends and prepare performance reports for leadership
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and referral targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales or healthcare business development experience
• (home health, hospice, or senior care preferred)
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong understanding of referral marketing and account management
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
