HVAC Technician; Residential

Greener Solutions Heat & AC in Stockton, CA is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team.

• Minimum of 1 full year of in-field/hands-on HVAC experience in a residential setting (trade school and/or certification classes will not be counted toward years of experience)
• Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems
• Experience with repairing residential HVAC systems
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions

• Inspect, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the continuous operation and longevity of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or wiring to restore proper HVAC system functionality.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and materials used.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in HVAC technology, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their HVAC needs, provide expert recommendations, and offer cost-effective solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site.
• Collect and apply customer payments via company software.
