Position: School Receptionist/Administrator (Temporary, Part Time)
Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Temporary School Receptionist (with Reprographics support) – ASAP Start – Stoke-on-Trent (close to the Cheshire border) – £12.21 per Hour

We are looking for a reliable and organised School Receptionist to join a busy local school, providing essential administrative and reprographics support on a temporary, ongoing basis.

This role is 3 days per week, working Monday & Tuesday, with the third day flexible. Working hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering telephone enquiries

* Photocopying, scanning and printing documents

* Filing and archiving records

* Providing general administrative support as required

Requirements:

* An enhanced DBS certificate (issued within the last 12 months) or registration on the Update Service is essential

* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

* Previous experience in a school administrative or reception role
