Facilities Administrator - Minor Works

Location:

Stoke‑On‑Trent, England, United Kingdom

Contract:

6‑month fixed‑term, full‑time (37.5 hours per week, 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday with a 30‑minute unpaid break)

What you will deliver
  • Identify, monitor and report on risks.
  • Support the management of Work in Progress (WIP) and its impact on billing.
  • Ensure governance of contracts and compliance with EQUANS’s internal processes.
  • Aid service quality by promoting awareness of contractual responsibilities among colleagues.
  • Enforce commercial compliance through audit and support of EQUANS’s Minimum Commercial Standards.
  • Assist the Commercial team in meeting contract and company objectives.
  • Guarantee all applicable jobs have approved quotes before site work commences.
  • Promote EQUANS’s Code of Conduct across the business, ensuring safe and compliant practices.

Who are we looking for
  • Commercial or administrative experience in a similar sector.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Foundation level understanding of risk analysis/management.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
