Bank Personal Assistant for Unplanned Care Senior Management Team

We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly competent Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our unplanned care senior management team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience working as a PA or in a senior administrative role
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality at all times
This position is full time (37.5 hours) however part-time, working above 25 hours per week Monday to Friday, would be considered. The post is for an initial 5-month period. The team are seeking someone who is available to start immediately.
Responsibilities- Comprehensive email and complex diary management
- Handling confidential and sensitive queries with professionalism
- Preparing agendas, coordinating papers and transcribing accurate minutes for formal meetings
- Supporting a range of administrative processes including records management and use of internal systems
Work across all UHNM departments gaining valuable skills and experience.
Qualifications- 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C, level 4 or above including in English and Maths
- Word Processing / RSA III typing / or equivalent
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office:
Word, Excel, access and Power-point - Evidence of continuing professional development
- NVQ 2 Customer care training
- Secretarial, administration/general office and experience working within a demanding and busy environment
- Ability to organise meetings, take accurate minutes and write reports
- Ability to organise electronic diaries
- Experience of working in the NHS
- Ability to operate a bring forward system
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

£28,392 to £31,157 a year per annum pro rata
