Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Overview

You will work closely with our management team daily to ensure the site runs smoothly and that each customer receives their appliance on time, every time. You will collaborate with the warehouse operation, providing continual support and promptly addressing any issues that arise. Warehouse Administrators play a key role in keeping the daily site operation effective and efficient.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with multiple departments and third‑party clients to ensure smooth daily operation.
  • Update daily reports and log any issues.
  • Allocate inbound and outbound paperwork to the correct site.
  • Communicate any issues to the relevant teams.
  • Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications
  • Experience working to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a logistics environment with fluctuating daily workloads.
  • Ability to react quickly to information and resolve routing challenges.
  • Remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • Solve problems independently and with confidence.
  • Communicate effectively via email and phone.
  • Adopt a logical, methodical approach to all tasks.
  • PC literate, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with in‑house warehouse management systems is an advantage.
