About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and flexible Showroom Host / Administrator to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role is to provide cover for sickness, annual leave, and busy periods across our Stoke-on-Trent and Crewe showrooms.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting the day-to-day administration of our busy dealerships. Flexibility is essential, as shifts will be scheduled across seven days, with working hours between 9:00am and 5:30pm
.

Your Role
  • Welcome customers into the showroom with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Signpost customers to the appropriate department or member of the team.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently.
  • Support the showroom with general administrative duties.
  • Ensure the reception and customer areas remain clean, tidy, and welcoming.
  • Assist the sales and aftersales teams with administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.

About You
  • Previous customer service or reception experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident using telephones and basic computer systems.
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional, approachable, and reliable.
  • Flexible and able to work across both our Stoke-on-Trent and Crewe showrooms.
  • Available to work varying shifts across seven days, between 9:00am and 5:30pm.
  • A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
