This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys producing high-quality, professional documents, ensuring all client-facing documentation is consistently formatted, branded and presented to the highest standard.
Working in a modern, professional environment, you will manage a varied workload of document requests, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining exceptional levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities include…
* Producing, formatting and amending a wide range of professional documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

* Reviewing and quality checking documents to ensure accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
* Ensuring all documentation complies with company branding, formatting standards and quality guidelines.
* Creating and maintaining professional document templates from scratch using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
* Supporting continuous improvements to document processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
* Providing a professional and responsive document production service to colleagues across the business.

You will be confident creating complex templates and producing professional documents from scratch, with a strong understanding of branding, layouts and formatting. Previous experience of working within a professional services environment is essential, along with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard.
In return, the role offers a starting salary of circa £30,000, enhanced holiday entitlement, free on-site parking and modern offices. If you are a highly organised Document Executive with advanced Microsoft Office skills and a passion for producing exceptional documents, we'd love to hear from you.
