Creative Agency | Ongoing Contract (Temp-to-Perm) Shepherd’s Bush, London £35,000 – £45,000 We are seeking a highly organised and discreet Private PA to support the Founder of a fast-growing creative agency spanning fashion, beauty, culture, and lifestyle. This is a predominantly private PA role, suited to someone who thrives on managing a Founder’s day-to-day life, lifestyle, and personal commitments. You will act as a true right hand—ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Initially offered as an ongoing contract, with strong potential to become permanent.

The Role Full private PA support: complex diary, travel, restaurants, events, and personal appointments Managing inbox, communications, and ensuring nothing is missed Coordinating personal errands, household matters, and lifestyle arrangements Overseeing the smooth running of the Founder’s home and workspace Occasional light studio coordination when required About You Experience as a Private or Hybrid PA supporting a high-profile individual Strong knowledge of London’s restaurants, venues, and lifestyle scene Highly organised, proactive, and naturally one step ahead Discreet, polished, and confident dealing with high-level contacts Flexible and adaptable, with a calm approach under pressure
