This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy finance team and can quickly adapt to new systems and processes.

As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and deadlines are met. Your key responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant:
Processing purchase and sales invoices Assisting with bank reconciliations Managing supplier statements and resolving account queries Processing payment runs Supporting credit control activities where required Posting journals and assisting with month-end tasks Maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets Providing general administrative support to the finance team The successful Accounts Assistant will have:
Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance support role Good working knowledge of purchase and sales ledger processes Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Excel Immediate availability or the ability to start at short notice What's on
