An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join a busy business to support with property maintenance. This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for coordinating reactive maintenance works from initial instruction through to completion. This is a key role where strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be managing multiple responsibilities to liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure works are completed efficiently.
Job Description for the Maintenance Coordinator:- Receiving, logging and prioritising reactive maintenance requests
- Coordinating operatives and subcontractors to ensure completion of works
- Scheduling appointments, managing diaries and arranging site access
- Liaising with clients via phone and email, providing regular updates on job progress by monitoring SLAs
- Coordinating follow-on works where required
- Reviewing job sheets, photographs and completion information for accuracy
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across job management systems
- Must have experience working with a similar role within facilities, properties or construction maintenance
- Highly organised and be able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced role
- Problem-solving skills
- Highly resilient and persistent

Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Salary: £29,000 per annum + bonus
