No. GTChief Mechanic

This is a full-time or part-time No. 1 Chief Mechanic position based in the United Kingdom, specifically for our GT3 racing operations. As the Chief Mechanic, you will oversee vehicle preparation, ensure maintenance schedules are met, and manage the technical team to maintain peak performance of the GT3 race car. Daily responsibilities include supervising repairs, diagnostics, and technical improvements, ensuring all work meets safety standards.

Additionally, you will coordinate with engineers, drivers, and team managers to optimise vehicle performance and facilitate successful races.

• Proven expertise in automobile mechanics, diagnostics, and repair, particularly in motor sport or high-performance vehicles.
• Experience with GT3 vehicles, including technical knowledge of systems, components, and regulatory compliance specific to motor sport.
• Strong team leadership and management skills, including the ability to coordinate teams in time-sensitive and high-pressure environments.
• Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail, capable of swiftly addressing technical challenges during races or under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to interface effectively with engineers, drivers, and team members.
• Familiarity with current motor sport safety standards and industry regulations is advantageous.
