This advert is open to both Internal and External applicants. This role requires strong analytical and data handling skills; enthusiasm and an ability to prioritise and organise a busy workload, for yourself and others.

• Lead on the collection of robust stock data to ensure planned programmes of work are delivered against the objectives of the Asset Management Strategy and Energy Performance Strategy
• Train and develop the colleagues collecting this data, including those appointed through external contracts
• Prepare reports and statistical information using a variety of formats and media to provide analysis on energy performance and asset management performance to inform asset sustainability.
• Use this complex data to maximize investment funding opportunities with a focus on attracting grant and other income.
• Report on this data in support of the Councils obligations to the Regulator of Social Housing, the Building Safety Regulator, MHCLG and other key statutory bodies.
