Strategic Apprenticeship Partnerships Lead

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for an ambitious Business Development Officer. This role involves driving new employer partnerships and generating apprenticeship growth, which is key to the University’s strategic ambitions. You will identify and secure new employer opportunities and convert leads into enrolments, working closely with the Account Management team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the apprenticeship sector. A degree or equivalent qualification is also required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
