• Co-ordinate and carry out effective quality assurance activity to inform decisions
• Ensure quality improvement plans and actions result in timely, positive outcomes
• Be proactive in implementing actions to support sector changes
• Work cross departmentally to contribute to achieving business objectives

• Make a tangible difference to apprentice, employer and colleague experience
• Be a qualified IQA with relevant experience
