Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Matchtech is seeking an Interim Reward Specialist to join their team in Luton with a flexible hybrid working model. This role is crucial in supporting the execution of annual pay and bonus processes while ensuring smooth day-to-day reward operations.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience in Reward or Compensation & Benefits, excellent analytical skills, and be proactive in managing stakeholder relationships. This is a contract position running through to January 2027, requiring a commitment of 3-4 days per week.
