Care First Uk Recruitment Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a provider launching a new 3-bed Children's EBD home in Birmingham. As Registered Manager, you will lead the setup, registration and ongoing development to ensure high standards of care and safeguarding.
You will work closely with an experienced Responsible Individual and receive support to progress from deputy to registered manager, focusing on inspection readiness and strong outcomes for children.
