Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Fortress Recruit Limited seeks a Head of Compliance for its Portsmouth-based operation. You will lead the Export Control, Quality Assurance, IT & Cyber Security and Operational Development functions within a highly regulated defence environment.
You will manage experienced managers, drive governance improvements and ensure robust compliance across UK and international teams, with approximately 20% travel to Europe, Asia and North America.
