Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Vodafone Three is seeking a senior programme manager to drive cross-brand governance, reduce customer complaints and deliver end-to-end CX initiatives across the business.
You will design governance, track milestones, escalate risks and report progress to CX boards and leadership forums, while partnering with senior stakeholders to own actions and realise benefits, with Power BI dashboards to inform decisions.
