bMindful Psychology is looking for an organised, proactive and confident Tender & Grants Coordinator to join our growing team.

The role will be based at our Head Office in Cheadle.

Job Summary

As our Tender & Grants Coordinator, you will coordinate tender and grant opportunities from initial identification through to submission and outcome tracking.

You will work closely with colleagues across our Operational, Clinical, Finance and Commercial teams, making sure everyone understands what is needed, by when, and that our submissions are accurate, compelling and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Researching and identifying relevant tender, procurement, framework and grant funding opportunities.
  • Maintaining a clear pipeline of current and upcoming opportunities.
  • Reviewing tender and application requirements and turning them into clear plans, actions and deadlines.
  • Coordinating contributions from colleagues across the organisation.
  • Supporting the drafting, editing and preparation of tender responses and grant applications.
  • Managing documentation, templates, evidence and supporting information.
  • Communicating with procurement portals, funding organisations and other external contacts where required.
  • Maintaining accurate records of submissions, outcomes, feedback and upcoming opportunities.
  • Supporting the handover of successful tenders and funding awards into our operational teams.
  • Building and maintaining a high-quality library of organisational information, evidence, case studies and approved content.
  • Producing regular updates and reports on our tender and grant pipeline.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written communication and document preparation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Confidence coordinating colleagues and following up actions.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven administrative, coordination or project support role.
