Salary: £42,000 £ 44,000 (following successful probation) + Performance-Related Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across the business, tracking progress and reporting directly to the senior management team.
• Drive operational and business development projects in collaboration with senior leadership to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
• Identify, develop, and implement process and method improvements throughout the organisation.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to support process optimisation and problem-solving.
• Champion a safe working environment, ensuring full compliance with company Health & Safety policies and 5S standards.
