Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday + Out of hours working

As a Test Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences by ensuring new products, services, and system enhancements are thoroughly tested, ready for launch, and supported through their early life. Working at the heart of Channel Operations, you'll help ensure our retail, contact centre, and indirect channels have the tools and technology they need to serve customers with confidence.

• You'll validate new propositions, system updates, and releases to ensure they are fully functional and fit for purpose before going live
• You'll develop, review, and execute test scripts, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement throughout the testing lifecycle
