Procurement and Manager

This Procurement & Contracts Manager post sits in the Finance team at Shaw Education Trust, reporting to the Director of Finance. The role centres on value for money across the Trust, through spend analysis, benchmarking, coordinating procurement and running the contracts and leases register. It advises schools and colleagues across the Trust and monitors supplier performance, with hybrid working where appropriate and travel to Trust sites required.

Visa sponsorship is not available and the post starts on 21 October 2026.

• Coordinate procurement activity across the Trust
• Manage the Trust's contracts and leases register
• Monitor supplier performance
• Provide practical advice to schools and colleagues across the Trust
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Carry out spend analysis and benchmarking
• Strengthen procurement processes through continuous improvement
• Visit Trust schools and other locations as required
