Hours:
173 hours per month – shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep‑ins. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365‑day service due to the nature of our work.

We are looking for nurturing and supportive people who can give our children the best quality care and allow them to achieve amazing outcomes. You will support the manager in the day‑to‑day running of the home, mentoring the staff.
Epworth House is a beautiful three‑bedded home offering crisis intervention and trauma‑informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality care and support with all their educational and emotional needs as well as engaging in their favourite hobbies and interests. We offer educational places in our schools where our young people can engage in a personalised educational plan to help them thrive and reach their full potential.

- A minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a children's residential care home
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- In‑depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person‑centred approach to childcare
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the company will cover the costs).
