Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Aldwych Consulting is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (MEEP) in Hertfordshire (near Hitchin) for full lifecycle commercial management across projects, with an office base and site visits across London and the South East.
Open to experienced QS or rising star, responsible for cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, valuations, variations and final accounts; familiarity with JCT/NEC contracts is a plus, and you should identify risk early to protect margin.
