Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Warrington, Burton upon Trent or Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Car/Allowance + Benefits (DOE)

We're recruiting for an experienced Estimator / Senior Estimator to join a leading property refurbishment specialist with ambitious growth plans. Working primarily within the social housing refurbishment sector, you MUST have social housing experience.

• Preparing competitive tenders and estimates.
• Producing bills of quantities and cost plans.
• Preparing supplier and subcontractor enquiries.
• Reviewing quotations and supporting subcontractor selection.
• Assessing labour, plant and material requirements.
• Value engineering to meet client budgets.
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
• Liaising with operational teams, suppliers and clients throughout the tender process.

• Previous estimating experience.
• Social housing refurbishment experience.
• Experience pricing from first principles.
• Knowledge of SMM7, NRM or equivalent.
• Causeway or similar estimating software experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
