Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Maitland Selwyn is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join its social housing refurbishment team. The role covers tender preparation, cost planning and liaison with suppliers across hybrid sites in Stoke-on-Trent and nearby areas.
You will review quotations, develop bills of quantities and apply value engineering to meet client budgets, with hybrid working, a company car or car allowance, and a strong pathway for career progression.
