Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Building Surveyor in the Bristol area to manage domestic residential projects from survey to completion. You will conduct site inspections, diagnose defects, and produce CAD drawings, specifications, and schedules of work.
You will oversee contractors and liaise with clients and authorities to meet high standards and regulations. The role requires a Building Surveying background, an HNC/HND in Building or Construction, and experience with CAD on
