UPB Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager for a hospital refurbishment project in Warrington. You will oversee construction work, manage trades, handle site paperwork, and provide detailed progress reports to the Contracts Manager. Experience in healthcare or similar refurbishments is preferred.
The role requires valid SMSTS, BLACK CSCS, First Aid at Work and DBS clearance, with work conducted on-site and adherence to safety and quality standards. Competitive shift-rate applies.
