Equans is seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator for Minor Works in Stoke-on-Trent on an initial 4-month FTC. The role manages end-to-end small project works, coordinating contractors and internal resources to meet client specifications, budgets and timelines.
You will oversee pricing, planning, progress tracking and handover, while ensuring SHEQ, financial and compliance elements are up to date in CAFM records.
