PSR-Solutions in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Build Division on flagship logistics hub projects. You will manage the commercial delivery from pre-construction through final accounts, ensuring programmes and budgets are met and that value is driven across the project team.
The ideal candidate holds a Quantity Surveying degree and has proven main contractor experience with JCT/NEC contracts, CVRs, cost reports and robust negotiation/ stakeholder skills.
