Senior Quantity Surveyors with our client are responsible for managing commercial support for projects, reporting, assisting with contract negotiation, and providing contract support. They must have proven experience at a senior level in infrastructure environments, knowledge of NEC3 contracts Options C and E, and experience dealing with National Highways. Working within a CEMAR environment is also required.
Skills- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor at a senior level
- Knowledge of NEC3 contracts Options C and E
- Experience dealing with National Highways
- Ability to manage commercial support for projects
- Familiarity with CEMAR environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
