Carpenter Surveyors Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Building Surveyor to conduct Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys across Shropshire, providing clients with clear reports and practical advice. This role offers the freedom to manage your own time and operate without the pressures of corporate targets.
The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Building Surveyor qualification (MRICS preferred), strong report writing skills, and experience communicating effectively with clients. A full UK driving licence is required for travel.
