Sub Agent - Bedfordshire
We are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join our team on a major infrastructure project based in Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in coordinating site operations and delivering complex civil engineering works.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
- Monitor progress against programme and planned targets
- Review drawings, specifications and construction methods
- Ensure works meet quality, health and safety standards
- Support site planning, reporting and resource management
- Assist the Site Agent with project delivery
- Experience as a Sub Agent or in a similar civil engineering role
- Strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure
- Good understanding of construction methods and site operations
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Able to coordinate teams and drive progress
