• Assist with specific and general enquiries made by members of the public
• Act as the first face‑to‑face point of contact
• Operate all relevant computer systems
• Support face‑to‑face and electronic channel enquiries
• Deal with telephone and email enquiries
• Undertake other general office duties as directed

• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal with members of the public in a professional, polite and welcoming manner

Pay rate: £13.69 per hour PAYE, paid weekly
Statutory deductions for tax, NI and pension (if not opted out) apply

Working hours:

Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00

This role is commutable from the following areas:
Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Trentham and surrounding areas.
