Collections Agent

At Advantis Credit, our Collections Advisors are the driving force behind our success. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to remove the stigma around debt and guiding people towards practical solutions. With most of our 250 colleagues working in Collections, this is the heart of our business.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, working with customers to resolve overdue accounts
• Build trust quickly and create tailored repayment plans that suit individual needs
• Use strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve fair outcomes
• Strive for first-call resolution while maintaining quality service
• Escalate complex issues to specialist teams when necessary, Make a real difference by helping customers regain control of their finances

Salary: £25,225 per year plus performance bonus

Rotating shifts for work-life balance:

• Week A:
  Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:30
• Week B:
  Mon-Fri, 10:30-19:00
• One Saturday in four: 09:00-13:00
