Customer Interactions: Handle client and direct customer interactions with professionalism and knowledge, always keeping “Treating Customers Fairly” in mind.
Accurate Data Entry: Input new claims accurately, adhering to service guidelines.
Appointment Management: Call customers to arrange inspection appointments, proactively managing your own diary reminders.
Email and Call Handling: Manage company claim-related email inboxes and handle inbound calls.
Team Player: Contribute positively to our collaborative teamwork and foster a great overall culture.

Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent customer service abilities - Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic, target-driven setting
